Choose the RS826RP+ if you need redundant power supplies and a higher-performance platform: it uses a faster CPU, supports more RAM, and is the better fit for heavier virtualization or multi-user workloads. The RS826+ is the simpler buy if cost matters and you don’t need that redundancy, but both are effectively the same on storage expansion, 10GbE, and M.2 support if equipped the same way.
