Choose the RS812RP+ only if you want redundant power supplies; otherwise the RS812+ is the same class of box for less money. Both are 4-bay units with no 10GbE and no M.2, and neither has expansion support. The decisive specs are effectively identical here: same CPU family and the same RAM ceiling, so the RP+’s only real advantage is power redundancy.
