Neither model is a strong choice today: both use a dual-core Intel Atom D525, support up to 3GB RAM, and have four bays with no expansion, 10GbE, or M.2 support. Choose the RS812+ only if you need its slightly newer platform; otherwise, the RS810+ is effectively equivalent.
