Choose the RS422+ if you want a modern platform: it has a much faster CPU, far more RAM headroom, 4 bays, and support for optional 10GbE plus M.2 NVMe slots. The RS411 is the older, basic option: slower CPU, limited RAM, 4 bays? no expansion, and no 10GbE or M.2. If you want better performance and upgradeability for a home/SMB setup, the RS422+ is the clear pick.
