Pick the SA3200D if you need a general-purpose NAS: it uses a much faster Xeon Silver CPU, supports far more RAM, has 12 bays with expansion, and includes 10GbE; it does not have M.2 slots. Pick the DVA3219 only if you specifically want Synology’s video analytics box: it has a much weaker Celeron CPU, much less RAM, only 2 bays, no 10GbE, and no M.2.
