Choose the DS107+ if you want the only meaningful step up: it has a faster CPU and a much higher RAM ceiling, so it will handle heavier multitasking better. Both are single-bay units with no expansion, no 10GbE, and no M.2 support, so if you need those features, neither is the right choice.
