I paused all the tasks. Went to the Management-->Applications-->Download Station, then unchecked (disabled) the Download Station 2, hit OK, then re-enabled it, hit OK.
Went back to Download Station, resumed the tasks, and they started to download.
This sounds like a bug with Download Station 2....
Как видим, с октября 2010 года ничего не изменилось.
