Choose the DS411 if you want the stronger box: it has a faster CPU and much more RAM headroom than the DS410j, which makes it the clear pick for heavier file sharing, backups, and multiple users. Both are 4-bay units with no expansion, and neither has 10GbE or M.2 support. If your use is very light and cost is the main driver, the DS410j is the simpler choice.
