Choose the DS410 if you want the better platform: it has a faster CPU, more RAM headroom, and is the only one worth considering if you care about heavier multitasking or running more services. The DS410J is the budget pick with a weaker CPU and lower RAM ceiling; neither model has 10GbE, M.2, or expansion beyond the 4 bays built in.
